Shipping Policy

All Domestic US shipping is by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from the Bay Area, California.

We provide free shipping on all domestic US orders over $80. Please allow 2 to 6 business days to pack and process your order before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or any national holiday will be processed within the following 2 to 6 business days.

Please note NUIR Candles is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Orders may encounter delays once shipped with USPS or UPS due to increased shipping volume or inclement weather. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or UPS.
