Refund Policy

We carefully inspect all of our products before they are shipped. However, we are happy to replace products damaged during shipment. Please email photographic proof of damage within 7 days of delivery.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us requesting refund and return the products within 7 days of delivery.

All purchases after 7 days of delivery are final.

Please note products must be unused and in their original condition. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

All original shipping charges are non-refundable and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend all returns be sent with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost products. NUIR Candles cannot accept responsibility for any lost packages, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund.
